Tottenham Hotspur are pursuing Manchester City forwards Savinho and Omar Marmoush as part of a major squad overhaul ahead of the new season.
The north London club finished 17th in the Premier League last term and are determined to bolster their attacking options under manager Roberto De Zerbi.
A £75million agreement has been reached with City for Brazilian winger Savinho, with an additional £10million possible through performance-related clauses.
The 22-year-old is scheduled to undergo medical examinations in London before committing to a long-term contract with De Zerbi’s side.
Tottenham previously attempted to acquire the player during Thomas Frank’s tenure as manager 12 months ago.
At that time, Savinho chose to remain at the Etihad Stadium despite the north London club’s interest.
The South American’s subsequent involvement at City was limited, with only seven top-flight starts during the 2025/26 campaign.
He contributed four goals across 36 appearances during his final season with the Manchester club, having previously developed his career at Troyes.
Marmoush represents another attacking target for Tottenham.
The Egyptian international arrived at City from Eintracht Frankfurt in 2025 for £59million but found opportunities restricted during his first season in England.
The forward’s position in the squad hierarchy at the Etihad diminished as the previous campaign progressed.
Tottenham have already been active in the transfer market, securing several new recruits.
Midfielders Mateus Fernandes and Sandro Tonali have been added to the squad, along with defenders Jan Paul van Hecke and Marcos Senesi.
Goalkeeper Martin Dubravka and left-back Andy Robertson have also joined the club this summer.
The transfer window is scheduled to shut on September 1 at 11pm, leaving limited time for Tottenham to complete their recruitment plans.
